Shipping & Return Policy
DELIVERY TIMES
At La Vivacita, we do everything we can to ensure that your order arrives on time. You will be provided with expected delivery dates for your order at checkout.
Standard Delivery may take up to 6 working days.
Please note: Delivery times may be longer over public holidays. For expected delivery dates over public holidays, please refer to the dates provided at the checkout stage. Delivery times for items ordered during busy periods may take up to 2 days longer than usual.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
At La Vivacita, we offer a range of delivery options to suit your availability.
STANDARD DELIVERY - £1.99 (FREE ON ORDERS OVER £40)
Orders placed from Monday to Thursday should arrive within 6 working days. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend should arrive within 7 working days.
Standard delivery orders will not need to be signed for.
EXPRESS DELIVERY - £4.95
Standard delivery is currently free on all orders over £40 to any address in the UK, excluding addresses in the Channel Islands.
Order before 3pm Sunday to Friday for Next Day Delivery on selected orders. Note that selected orders will arrive within 48 hours and you will be provided with estimated delivery date for your order at checkout.
- Your order will be sent via Amazon on a fully trackable service & will need to be signed for.
- You will be notified when your order is dispatched and provided with a tracking link. Delivery updates will also be sent by text if your mobile phone number is provided.
- You can expect delivery of your order between 8am to 6pm.
- Deliveries to Non mainland addresses will take 2 days (Channels Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland)
- Our Express Delivery Partner Amazon will ship the product .
- We always aim to have your items delivered on time. In exceptional circumstances we may experience delays. Please check your tracking with Amazon or Royal Mail to be kept updated upon any changes in your delivery
Please note, not all of our items will be available for next day delivery and may arrive within 48 hours

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
To return your items please follow the instructions below and post it back to us at:

You can also exchange any unwanted items by sending us an online request at:

Please provide your order reference number in the email.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING ITEMS:
- Place the item into its original presentation box. Please note that pierced items can only be returned in their original sealed packaging
- Take the item to your local Royal Mail Post Office to post and ask for proof of postage. Keep this receipt until you have received your refund.
- If the item is in its original condition, we will process the exchange or refund for you
- If you require a refund we will refund you on the same payment card you used to purchase the product.

If you received the item as a gift, we will offer an exchange for an alternative item or reimburse you with a gift card credited to the cost of the item
Furthermore, please follow below instructions:
- Please include the original dispatch note or a copy inside your parcel
- Please highlight or place a tick next to the items you are returning on the dispatch note
- Items must be returned in their original condition and in their original presentation box
- Make sure the package is sealed securely.
If your item is faulty or does not match the specifications contained in your order, you should:
- Contact our Customer Services team at infovivacita@gmail.com
- If the item is in its original condition, we will refund the full amount for you.
Cooling Off Period
When you order from us online, you are entitled to a cooling off period when you can return your goods without any penalty. Our cooling off period is 30 days, which includes any statutory cooling off period.
This period starts the day the contract is agreed (i.e. you receive an email from us saying we have despatched your order) and ends 30 days after the day following delivery of the goods.
*Our customer service department is open between 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday. Closed Weekends and Bank Holidays.
